The incident has been resolved. Kissflow application is up and running now. This incident occurred as a result of high usage and throttling of resources. We have provided a fix and continuously monitoring the system for any anomalies.

We have identified the issue, and the slowness is attributed to a surge in requests from a specific customer, resulting in delays in some of our services. We provided a temporary solution around 08.20 AM IST, and the system returned to a normal state. We are actively monitoring the system to ensure stability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We received high number of requests from one of our customers. These requests were running long queries, throttling the workload and caused slowness. the incident has been resolved and we are continuously monitoring the system for any abnormalities.
