For customers whose network is protected by a firewall, we recommend, as an immediate workaround, adding a firewall exception to allow access to Kissflow.

"Please contact your network team to review and decide on this."

Meanwhile, we are actively following up with Cloudflare for further updates on the issue and will keep you posted.

Kissflow is currently unavailable for a small percentage of users whose network traffic passes through certain firewalls.

We have reached out to Cloudflare, and their statement is as follows:
“Cloudflare has identified a third-party issue affecting customers whose traffic passes through external vendor firewalls after recent firmware upgrades.

Customers may observe:
- ERRTIMEDOUT on standard HTTPS websites
- ERREMPTYRESPONSE on non-standard HTTPS ports (e.g., 8443)

Cloudflare’s network and edge are functioning normally - these failures occur at the firewall inspection layer and can only be resolved with actions on the 3rd party software configuration.”

We have escalated this to Cloudflare and are closely following up with them to resolve the issue at the earliest.
